Spencer's cocktail for curls

One episode 2 of our favorite OPC product cocktails is Spencer!

For soft, manageable hold on curls with less frizz use 2 parts Curl Booster and 1 part Silk Potion Cream. Mix together in hands and squish to apply. Style as desired.
